Grinding surgical cutting instruments is our core competency. We have over 28 years of experience in fluting and pointing a wide variety of surgical instruments for OEM's, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers. Our three shift operation provides us the flexibility for quick deliveries on Prototypes and the ability to handle large volume production orders in a timely manner.
We utilize state-of-the-art ANCA grinders equipped with loaders, wheel dressers, and steady rests designed specifically for grinding surgical instruments. Every order is cleaned and deburred prior to final inspection.
